CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 UPDATE

Our commitment to reopening Labelexpo South China in December 2020

Over the last few months we have been monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 situation and the recommendations of the World Health Organisation (WHO), and we will continue to do so when reopening events.

As you know, the health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors and staff will always be our top priority. In moving Labelexpo South China 2020 to December, we will adapt the look and feel of the show in line with the required social distancing measures at that time. We are working closely with the venue, Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Shenzhen, on this.

We know that face-to-face events have been changed by COVID-19, and whilst we all continue to adapt, we would like to reassure you that we are committed to delivering the high-quality and safe show you have come to expect from us. Crucially, the show will play a vital role in driving the economic recovery of the entire label and package printing industry, and its supply chain, in the region and more widely.

Additionally, Labelexpo is part of Tarsus, which has produced the following Trust Tarsus Commitment on reopening our shows, based on operational guidance put together by industry trade bodies including SISO, IAEE, UFI and the AEO.

This sets out what you can expect when attending our shows, such as: revised event formats; increased cleaning and hygiene; and clear visible communications.

In the meantime, we encourage exhibitors and visitors to refer to the WHO guidelines and protocols found at: www.who.int to mitigate against any further spread of the virus.
