- Venue has fully disabled access. All access on ground level. There are also wheelchairs available to rent without a cost at the South Registration lobby.
- Promotions to all attendees about recommended travel, restaurants, attractions and tours to support the local area and community
- As a free to attend event, this provides great access for industry professionals operating in the Chinese labels and package printing market
